Follow these steps to install:

Step 1

Review System Requirements below.

Check for Windows Updates › Click Here!

Step 2

You will also need to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0. Please click on the first link below for this download. Once this is completed, restart your computer and continue to step 3.

Step 3

Once you have installed the Microsoft .NET 4.0 Framework proceed with the DealerPRO 3.0 download.

Upon downloading DealerPRO 3.0, a shortcut will automatically be added to your desktop.

Step 4

Once everything is installed on your computer, please login to your new DealerPRO 3.0 using your existing username and password. You can then sign up for a comprehensive training session on this application.

.NET Framework 4 can be installed on the following operating systems:

  • Windows XP SP3
  • Windows Server 2003 SP2
  • Windows Vista SP1 or later
  • Windows 7
  • Windows Server 2008 (Server Core Role not supported)
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core Role not supported)

Supported Architectures:

  • x86
  • x64
  • IA64 (some features are not supported on ia64, for example, WPF)

Hardware Requirements:

  • Minimum Hard Disk Space:
    • x86: 850 MB
    • x64: 2 GB
  • Processor and RAM:
    • Recommended: Pentium 1 GHz or faster, 512 MB or more RAM


If you are having issues installing DealerPRO, please try the following steps:

Firefox Users:

Please download the MS .Net Framework Assistant Add-on, when browsing to the application’s URL.

Chrome Users

If you are using Chrome, be sure to have the ClickOnce for Google Chrome extension installed.

Internet Explorer Users

If using Internet Explorer, the Security Level for the Internet Zone should be at Medium High or below. To change this setting open IE, go to the Tools menu, select Internet Options and click on the Security Tab.
